12-Week Arm Specialization Program

Build bigger, stronger arms with a structured 12-week training plan designed to prioritize your biceps and triceps without turning the rest of your training into an afterthought.

The Tim Marcus Fitness 12-Week Arm Specialization Program goes beyond throwing a few extra curls and pressdowns onto the end of your workouts and hoping your sleeves eventually surrender. It uses progressive programming, intelligent exercise selection, and planned changes in volume and intensity to create a real specialization phase.

Over 12 weeks, you'll train your arms through multiple movement patterns, rep ranges, and loading strategies to develop both strength and muscular size. Biceps and triceps receive additional attention while the rest of your upper and lower body continues to be trained so you maintain a balanced, athletic physique.

  • Complete 12-week training program
  • Structured progression across multiple training phases
  • Increased training frequency and volume for biceps and triceps

  • Progression guidelines so you know when and how to increase the workload
  • Full-body training maintained around the specialization work

WHO IT'S FOR

This program is designed for intermediate lifters and experienced beginners who already train consistently but want to make arm development a priority.

You don't need to be a bodybuilder. You do need access to a reasonably equipped gym and be willing to train with intent, control your reps, and progressively challenge yourself.

THE GOAL

At the end of 12 weeks, the goal isn't simply to have survived a ridiculous amount of curls.

It's to have built noticeably bigger arms, stronger pressing and pulling muscles, and a better understanding of how to train your biceps and triceps effectively.

12 weeks. Focused progression. No junk volume.

Built on consistency. Driven by intensity.
