I found fitness later in life through my own transformation, and it became a passion that changed the direction of my life. I started my own journey at 40, and now at 46, I’m passionate about helping busy dads build muscle, create sustainable habits, and achieve the physique they’ve always wanted.

My philosophy is simple: train hard, eat with purpose, and keep the plan realistic enough to stick to. Real results come from consistency, not perfection, and I help men build strength, confidence, and a lifestyle they can maintain for the long haul.

B Happy 

Let’s be real. Training is not just about looks. It is one of the best ways to fight stress, clear your head, build confidence, and feel better in your own skin. When you train hard, stay consistent, and prove to yourself that you can do hard things, your mindset changes. B Happy is about using fitness to build a stronger mind, a better mood, and a life that feels more solid from the inside out.

B Healthy

Being healthy is not about starving yourself, living off rabbit food, or chasing some fake version of perfection. It is about training your body, fueling it with real whole foods, and building habits that actually make you feel good and perform better. When you lift, move, and eat with purpose, you create more energy, better health, and a body that works for you instead of against you. B Healthy is about keeping it real, keeping it sustainable, and taking care of yourself for the long haul.

B Strong 

Strength is not optional. It matters at every age, and it matters even more as you get older. Building and maintaining muscle helps protect your body, support your joints, improve balance, and keep you capable, confident, and independent. B Strong is about more than lifting weight in the gym. It is about staying powerful in real life and refusing to become weak, fragile, and limited as the years go on.
